    This text-based CME activity with embedded videos explores the evolving role of HER2 as a molecular target in advanced bladder cancer. Learners will gain insights into guideline-recommended molecular profiling and the selection of HER2-directed therapies for patients who have received prior systemic treatment. Clinical trial data are reviewed to support evidence-based practice. Practical strategies for patient selection, treatment decision-making, and multidisciplinary management of adverse events are highlighted to enhance real-world implementation.

    • Incorporate guideline-recommended molecular profiling to identify patients with bladder cancer who may be eligible for HER2-directed therapies
    • Apply evidence-based guidelines to select HER2-directed therapies for eligible patients with bladder cancer after prior systemic treatment

    This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of medical oncologists and urologists as well as all other physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare providers involved in managing patients with bladder cancer.
